Submission Guidelines – Advocating for families in need of home repair projects
in Santa Rosa County, FL

Majors Home Improvement, LLC is sponsoring the following promotion:

1.  Complete the entry form online. This form is your entry to advocate on another person’s behalf for a home repair project. Submission is not contingent upon you making a purchase. The entry must be completed in its entirety with the option to attach a one page document or video (maximum of 3 minutes in length). Recipient must own home, be over the age of 18, and reside in Santa Rosa County, Florida to be eligible. Only one entry per household per online application will be entered. Entrant cannot submit an entry for your own home.

2.  Entries deadline is 02/12/2016.  Entries and selection to be chosen by an independent committee established by the United Way of Santa Rosa County.  Recipients will be notified by phone and/or mail. The recipient must claim the service offer within 30 days of receipt of notice. Service must be performed within six months of notification.

3.  All recipients are guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of being chosen are based upon the number of entries received. Description: Recipient receives home repair or replacement of windows, doors, hurricane shutters or vinyl siding with Majors Home Improvement, LLC products with maximum retail value of $5,000. Scope of work performed to be determined by Majors Home Improvement. Majors Home Improvement, LLC has full discretion to choose and define the project details. Eligible Majors Home Improvement’s products only include: replacement windows, hurricane shutters, vinyl siding, entry doors. Only products of Majors Home Improvement, LLC or its subsidiaries will be awarded. No cash or credit will be awarded. All Majors Home Improvement products are backed by warranty. Majors Home Improvement, LLC reserves the right to suspend or change the program at any time.

4.  Majors Helps program is open to owners of single-family dwellings only. Recipients must own the home in which the products are to be installed. Mobile homes or commercial structures are not eligible. Employees of Majors Home Improvement, LLC, affiliated companies, and advertising or production companies are not eligible. All federal, state, or local regulations apply.
