ROI for your Home                                       MAY 2015
Replacement Front Entry Door
Doors, Vinyl Siding, & Kitchen Make Top of the List
When it comes to home improvement projects, you may ask, "Where can I get the best bang for the buck?"  In a recent article from financial expert Dave Ramsey, he cites a number of home improvement projects that improve your home's value.  Each home is unique and must be evaluated based upon how long you plan to stay in your home, as well as your family's needs.

Front Entry Door - 102% ROI The focal point and first impression of any home is its front entry.  Majors Select™ Fiberglass entry doors resembles a beautiful wood gran like oak and mahogany, with the extra benefit of energy efficiency.  No worries of the fiberglass rotting, cracking, or splitting as with real wood doors.

Sunroom Addition - 48% ROI Sunrooms add another dimension to your home unlike any other room.  The sunroom brings the outdoors in, without the hassle of bugs, humidity, or heat.  For all the years we live in our homes, sunrooms provide that much needed additional living space.

Minor Kitchen Remodel - 79% ROI A minor kitchen remodel project includes refacing cabinets and adding new hardware, updating appliances, replacing counters and sink, and new flooring.  There's  a big "Wow" factor in updating the most used space in your kitchen.  Kitchens are often the main attraction while entertaining (because it's where the food is at!)
