Do you have an In-House Service Request Guarantee?
Majors Home Improvement is committed to fulfilling all service requests within a maximum of seven (7) working days upon written receipt of request. Exception will be given in the event of part ordering or manufacturing defect. We guarantee to maintain a service center for the purpose of performing service requests for customers of the Company.
What is your lien release guarantee?
At the time of final payment, we execute a lien release with the manufacture of the product(s) you purchase, which relinquishes the manufactures’ right to place material lien on your home.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, Majors Home Improvement retains $1,000,000.00 of liability insurance coverage and covers all workers with Workers Compensation.
