Do you have an In-House Service Request Guarantee?

Majors Home Improvement is committed to fulfilling all service requests within a maximum of seven (7) working days upon written receipt of request. Exception will be given in the event of part ordering or manufacturing defect. We guarantee to maintain a service center for the purpose of performing service requests for customers of the Company.

What is your lien release guarantee?

At the time of final payment, we execute a lien release with the manufacture of the product(s) you purchase, which relinquishes the manufactures’ right to place material lien on your home.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes, Majors Home Improvement is a licensed contractor, a registered home improvement contractor, a state registered business, a member of the Better Business Bureau, and a financially stable company.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, Majors Home Improvement retains $1,000,000.00 of liability insurance coverage and covers all workers with Workers Compensation.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer 100% Financing and a Fair Trade Pricing Guarantee.
